The process of each human endeavour follows a definite course. It begins with an ambition. Each new ambition gives rise to energy and motivation for continuous efforts for its fulfilment. Although an ambition in itself means beginning of ultimate success, it must not be aimed at pity self-gratification. Lack of wisdom misleads people to elect high ambitions for a counterproductive objective which instead of success bring only misery.
The highest level of ambition can only be one, that is – to transform one’s own personality to such elevated levels so as to be able to refine self-consciousness and uplift others. This is in fact true leadership.
